At Morningside you will find people dressed in everything from coats and ties, dresses, slacks, open-collared shirts, khakis, and even jeans.  We want you to feel comfortable and at ease.  Modesty is our main guideline.

You may enter our parking areas from Connell Road, Bemiss Road (temporarily closed for construction), or Northside Drive.  See the map below to locate designated visitor parking areas.

Friendly greeters are stationed at every door, ready to welcome you and direct you to your destination.  They will even park your car for you if it is raining or you have difficulty walking.

Sunday School provides participants with meaningful Bible study in a friendly small group setting.  Sunday School meets at 9:00 a.m. each Sunday morning.  Classes are provided for all ages.  We believe everyone should study God’s book with God’s people in God’s house on God’s day!  Please come study with us this Sunday.

Child care for children ages 3 and under is provided for all services.  Note the location of the nursery entrances on the map below.

For the safety of your children and your peace of mind, Morningside Children’s ministry operates under a strict Child Protection Policy.  Here are a few highlights of that policy:

  • Every adult who works with minor children has undergone a criminal background check.
  • We practice the “two adult” rule, which means no adult is ever alone with a child or group of children.
  • After services begin, we keep outside doors locked until it is time for parents to pick up their children.
  • Our safety team is on duty, monitoring the outside doors and parking areas, during all services.
  • We have a paging system to notify parents of nursery-age children in case they are needed.
  • A card system is used to ensure that nursery-age children are released only to the proper designated family member.

Worship at Morningside features uplifting gospel music presented by the Chancel Choir and Orchestra, along with a clear, meaningful, and understandable Bible message presented by Pastor Wayne Robertson.

Our trained safety team is always on duty to ensure your well-being while you attend Bible study or worship.  Exterior doors are locked after services begin.  Safety personnel patrol the parking lots and building entrances throughout service times.  Your safety is important to us!
